If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because each MojoMount is precision 3D-printed and inspected before shipping, returned items must not show signs of installation damage, wear, or modification.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Email clear photos of the issue

  3. Include your order number

We will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.

We stand behind our quality.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or limited-run mounts

  • Clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation


Exchanges

Need a different version?

The fastest way to exchange your product is:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved, place a new order

This ensures you get your replacement quickly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval status

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
